All of our potatoes are sourced from local Idaho farmers. Idaho potatoes are renowned for their flavor and texture due to the rich volcanic soil and the warm days and cool nights of the Teton Valley.

Yes. Our products are designed as a versatile foundation, making them easy to use as is or allowing you to customize with your own seasonings, sauces, cheeses, proteins, and global flavor profiles. Whether you’re building bold LTOs or signature comfort classics, Idahoan delivers a consistent base that allows you to make the flavor uniquely yours while keeping back-of-house execution simple and efficient.

Yes, all of our foodservice products are gluten-free.

The majority of our items have a 12-month shelf life. There are a few exceptions like our Vitamin C containing products (#00382, #25313) which have a 9-month shelf life, and our Unseasoned Slices (0882) which has a 18 month shelf life.

In the dry state, our products will keep for approximately 30 days after opening when held according to specifications and with proper handling.

If handled properly (properly prepared, cooled, and stored with no cross contamination), our products will keep in the refrigerator for approximately 72 hours.
