Idahoan® Foodservice is excited to welcome Olivia Spencer to the team as our new National Account Manager. Olivia brings more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong background in national accounts, strategic customer partnerships, and driving growth across leading foodservice organizations.

Most recently, Olivia served in senior sales leadership roles at Kettle Cuisine, where she partnered with top national chains to expand market share and deliver innovative, value-added solutions. Her career also includes more than a decade of progressive leadership at Pilgrim’s, where she supported national and regional accounts and led West Division sales initiatives focused on growth, execution, and long-term customer success.

Across her career, Olivia has built a reputation for developing strong, trusted customer relationships and leading cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful results. Her experience spans key areas of national account management, commercialization, and strategic business development—making her a valuable addition to the Idahoan Foodservice team.

Based in Las Vegas, Olivia is looking forward to connecting with colleagues across Idahoan and diving into the innovation and partnership work happening throughout the foodservice business.
