1 bag Idahoan® SHREDS® Tater Tumblers® Original Mix with Spices
2 quarts of hot water
1 pound cooked and chopped Applewood bacon.
½ pound freshly shredded cheddar cheese
1 quart prepared hollandaise
Instructions
Place the hot water into a large bowl. Add the Idahoan® SHREDS Tater Tumbler® Unseasoned Mix. Refresh according to package and allow to sit for 15 minutes, ensuring all potatoes are fully saturated.
Once rehydrated, fold in the chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
Scoop using a #60 scoop and hold for service, covered and refrigerated.
For service, place required portions into a 375°F fryer and fry until golden brown.
