1 bag (20.35 ounces) IdahoanĀ® SLICES Au Gratin Potatoes
2.5 quarts water
2 ounces margarine
2 large onions, diced.
32 ounces low sodium beef broth
5 pounds JTM beef crumbles
10 ounces dill pickle relish
32 ounces shredded Bongards Super Melt cheese
25 whole grain rolls
Instructions
In a stock pot, add the margarine and diced onions. Sweat the onions, then add the beef broth and water. Bring to a boil and add the IdahoanĀ® Au Gratin Potatoes, mixing well.
Simmer until the potatoes are tender, then add the beef crumbles and dill relish. Bring back to a simmer.
Finish the soup by adding the shredded cheese and gently stirring it to melt.
