Ingredients

Idaho® potatoes, salt, vegetable oil (contains one or more of the following: canola, soybean, cottonseed, sunflower), nonfat dry milk, monoglycerides, calcium stearoyl lactylate, spice, artificial color, natural and artificial flavors, sodium acid pyrophosphate (preserves freshness), sodium bisulfite (preserves freshness), citric acid (preserves freshness), and mixed tocopherols (preserves freshness).

Preparation Instruction

  1. Measure boiling water into steam table pan according to the chart below.
  2. Add Idahoan REAL potatoes all at once, according to chart below, using a spoon or wire whip to distribute evenly and wet all potatoes and let stand for one minute.
  3. Place on steam table and serve.
